My Account

You can make changes to shipping, billing, or payment information on the ‘My Account’ page in the Account Information section.

Orders

Your full order history can be found on the ‘My Account’ page under the Orders section.

Reach out to us at hello@bloomforall.com and we’ll get one of our awesome Customer Service reps to help you out!

You can redeem a promo/coupon code in the bottom left section of your cart with the “Apply Coupon” button.

Due to the nature of our ordering system, once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes to orders. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and BloomForAll.com store credit.

Sales tax varies depending on the state you live in. MA residents will be charged 6.25%

We ship directly from our corporate office located in Gloucester, MA.

You can track the shipping status of your order(s) on the My Account page under the ‘Orders’ section by clicking Track Order. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. *Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.

All orders will be shipped UPS ground with an estimated delivery of 5-10 business days.

We currently offer a flat shipping rate for standard USPS / UPS ground delivery (5-7 business days) for $10.00.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Due to the personalized nature of BLOOM’s products, we can not accept returns or exchanges. If the product you ordered arrives damaged, please reach out to hello@bloomfroall.com – we want to make it right!

BLOOM Shop

The BLOOM Store sells non toxic, planet-friendly products from leading nationally recognized brands such as Schmidts, Ethique, Many Ethnicities, Zum, Eco Lips, Acure, EO, The Honey Pot, Saalt, Lola, and Rael, and many more.

Yes! BLOOM sources products for EVERY body. We’ve made it our mission to care about the health of kids’ developing bodies and offer our users non-toxic, planet-friendly products from companies whose standards align with our own. In partnership with the Environmental Working Group (EWG) and their Skin Deep Database, we’ve done the homework for our users and have them covered from head to toe with products that actually work.

Some of our products are organic, and will be labeled as such in the product name and description. Be sure to look for the USDA Certified Organic logo and the word “organic” listed in the ingredient list. We love organic products and try to incorporate them into our offerings wherever possible!

A large part of BLOOM’s mission is to care about our impact on the earth and sustainability of our precious environment. We try to tread lightly at every available opportunity and incorporate sustainable, planet-friendly packaging wherever possible!

Rewards

There are three areas of the BLOOM Hub where you can earn rewards points: BLOOM’s Daily Journal, BLOOM’s Period Tracker, and in the BLOOM Store. You can earn rewards through logging daily entries into the BLOOM Journal & BLOOM Period Tracker, as well as anytime you shop in the BLOOM Store. Each journal and period tracking entry and dollar spent in the store (excluding gift cards and shipping) earns one reward point.

Each reward point is worth .01 cents, so 100 points equals $1 for use in store credit. Points can only be accumulated and rewards redeemed in the BLOOM Store.

 

Simply click the button “Apply Discount” at the top of your cart. This will apply the reward points available in your account as a cash discount to your cart. Wohoo!

Wow – thank you for asking! You can make a donation by heading on over to our Make an Impact page where there are several ways to contribute. There you’ll see that you can support our mission at any donation level, become a curriculum donor, or become a VIP Platinum Level member. Simply select a level that feels good for you and thank you so much for your support to this important mission!

BLOOM’S Buy 1, Give 1 curriculum program allows you to donate a curriculum to a school of your choice and also enables educators in underserved communities nationwide to access a donated curriculum through the Bloom Curriculum Bank. For every curriculum purchase you make, 1 donated curriculum will be placed in our Curriculum Donation Bank in your name to honor your commitment to ensure all students are given the opportunity for equal education.
