Katilyn Dalton-Wise is a counselor in Salem, MA, and a licensed clinical social worker who has been working with youth and families in a variety of settings for over ten years. Through these experiences, Kate has cultivated an understanding of how an individual functions within the context of a family unit as well as within larger social systems. As such, Kate approaches clinical work through a relational and anti-oppression paradigm, always bearing in mind the importance of identity and intersectionality within the clinical process. Kate is particularly passionate about bolstering protective factors for LGBTQ+ youth through the use of harm reduction techniques, personal empowerment, and community building. Kate is available for consultation and individualized support as needed.
