  1. Create or put on a playlist that makes you feel feminine, masculine or androgynous.
  2. Save funny, cute, or affirming memes, TikToks, or YouTube videos so that you can look at them when you need a “feel good” moment.
  3. Make or buy small things that you associate with your gender identity and/or your names and pronouns.
  4. Try moving your body via walking, dance, yoga, sports, etc. in ways that feel comfortable for you.
  5. Don’t be afraid to reach out to others if you need support.
